Some LG Env Touch user had meet some problems,such as touch screen shutting off problems on their verizon LG enV Touch phone,we have found this to be an exceptional well phone despite some of the bugs.so far we also don’t know how to fix this LG enV Touch screen shutting off problems,it’s very frustrating.i hope if someone know the solutions,please tell us.Thanks for any help! verizon LG enV Touch info

On my phone I have found that the screen during charging has went black and wouldn’t turn on when I would press any keys, then another time it did this, then just as of today did it again but turned on but when i pressed the keys again the phone froze… All required me to take the battery out physically to shut off the phone. Anyone have any ideas? Yeah and the batter life sucks ***.
