Two methods updating your Verizon LG Versa VX9600:

1. download it yourself and get the flashing tool. Pros of this you don’t have to hear there is no update when there is you don’t have to wait 20 min for them to do it. note: If you choose to update your phone LG Versa, do so at your own risk.

2. Take it to the Verizon store and have them do it. takes 20-30 min costs nothing and if they break your phone they have to give you a new one plus if it needs reactivation or what ever they can do it.
